About

This All-Out HIIT is calibrated to moderate-intensity, based on a 1:1 work-to-rest ratio, for every 30 seconds of high-intensity exercise, you rest for 30 seconds. You are expected to give your all-out effort for each 30-second work period at your own pace and comfort. The workout consists of 2 cycles of workout, each with 18 sets of exercises. There is a 2 minutes break between the 2 cycles of workout. Please connect early for the session as latecomers who miss the pre-activity safety and well-being checks will not be allowed to participate.
